When a customer asked a question the best thing to do is to answer it quickly as possible to make them happy about your responsiveness and give them what you think that you can give them as soon as possible.
Remember to say no to those request that you think are to fancy and not realistic so that they would no longer bother you. To make your life easier setup a blog site for your customers so that they can communicate and help out each other with their queries.
Most of the companies today don’t tell there customers about the problems that they encountered in their application, instead hiding it from your customers you should publicize it so that they would no longer criticize your application.

If you are planning to release a new application give create some blogs and rumors about it to create hype. You should also create a preview scenario of your application and lastly the time of launch you can now expect a large or huge crowd of execrators on your application.
After launching your application create a site that contains everything that a buyer should know about your application to promote more your application. It you cannot handle the costly advertisements then you should consider to create a blog about your application and spread the word through it. You should also get the best reviews of your application from different users of your application so that it can help you sell more your product. You should do your promotion through educational side of things. Generate buzz about your application to make it interesting to other people.
You should also monitor the people who is looking in your site and reviewing your application so that you will know who are the people you can trust and not. After selling your product you should have premiums that you can offer on your customers so that they will have more choices to choose from. But the most important thing to remember in creating your product and advertising it is to give it a catchy name and easy to remember so that your potential and regular buyers can easily remembers it.

To make you notice by the people or your market you should give away freebies to have their attention. Getting in and out of your application should be easy for your client or users because they will have a hard time doing so they will trash your work and they will get mad at you. The option for demo of your application should always be present for your potential buyers. Avoid one time payment or payments for using an application rather use the monthly basis for your client payment. Having a monthly basis payment will give you and your customer’s convenience. If you want to increase your prizes you should tell them in advance so that they will be warned about it and avoiding complaints from them.
